BILLY Ray Cyrus really is trying to save his marriage!

The country crooner and father of Miley Cyrus withdrew his divorce filing last Friday in Williamson County Court in Tennessee, according to reports.

Billy Ray’s attorney and the judge signed an order withdrawing the divorce papers. It says he and his wife of 17 years, Tish, are attempting to reconcile.

Billy Ray recently revealed that he’s putting his family back together.

“I’ve dropped the divorce,” Billy said during an interview on The View Friday. “I want to put my family back together … Things are the best they’ve ever been.

“I feel like I got my Miley back. I feel like we’re the daddy and daughter we were before Hannah Montana.

“Hannah Montana didn’t ruin my family. Fame did.

“Sometimes when you get in this ride, you feel like you’re strapped to a rocket.”
